DSC Requirements For Indian Nationals:
If the mobile number is linked to AADHAR;
- Coloured passport size photo
- Aadhar copy
- PAN copy
- Mobile number linked to AADHAR
- Email id
If mobile number is not linked to AADHAR, then please send following:
- Self attested PAN copy
- Self attested address proof not older than 2 (two) months) viz; Aadhaar, Driving License, Voter Id, Passport, Bank statement or any utility bill not older than 2 (two) months and in the name of applicant.
- Mobile number
- Email id
- Image of passport size photo
NB:
- A link will be provided for Email verification, OTP verification and video recording. While recording the video need to hold the originals.
- All documents should be self attested in blue pen only.
- DSC application form is not required.
DSC REQUIREMENTS FOR FOREIGN NATIONALS:
- Coloured passport size photo
- Valid Passport
- Valid address proof viz; Bank statement or any utility bill not older than 2 (two) months and in the name of applicant.
- Valid Mobile Number with ISD code
- Valid Email id
NB:
- Copy of self attested Pan card required if PAN encrypted DSC is required.
- Any of the document other than English language, translation in English is required duly Notarised.
- A link will be provided for Email verification, OTP verification and video recording. While recording the video need to hold the originals.
- All documents should be self attested in blue pen only.
- DSC application form is not required.
