Din Requirements for Indian Nationals
- Latest passport size photograph in JPEG format.
- Self-attested copy of PAN is mandatory as Proof of Identity.
- Any one Address proof viz; Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, Voter Id, Electricity Bill, Telephone Bill, Mobile Bill, Bank Account, or any utility bill not older than 2 (two) months.
- All the supporting documents should be attested by Director/Company Secretary/CEO/CFO with stamp who is certifying the E-form DIR 3.
- Certified copy of Board Resolution proposing appointment of Director as per Rule 9(3)(a)(iii)
- Details required as per attached Checklist.
- Statutory fees for Form DIR 3 is Rs.500/.
- Digital signature is mandatory for applying the same.
DSC Requirements For Foreign Nationals:
- Latest passport size photograph in JPEG format.
- Passport is mandatory as Identity proof.
- Address proof viz; Passport (if address mentioned), DL, Electricity Bill, Telephone Bill, Mobile Bill, Bank Account, or any utility bill not older than 2 (two) months. If any of the documents are other than English language then the same should be translated in English further duly Notary and Apostiled.
- All the supporting documents should be attested by Director/Company Secretary/CEO/CFO with stamp who is certifying the E-form DIR 3 or can be attested by Foreign Public Notary and Apostiled. If any of the documents are other English language, translation of the same in English is required duly Notarised and Apostiled.
- Certified copy of Board Resolution proposing appointment of Director as per Rule 9(3)(a)(iii)
- Details required as per attached Checklist.
- Statutory fees for Form DIR 3 is Rs.500/.
- Digital signature is mandatory for applying the same.
NB:
Once the Form is uploaded with required fees, it get approved through STP mode i.e. Straight through process and the DIN Number is generated. Ministry of Corporate Affairs notifies the same by sending email on applicant’s email id alongwith DIN approval letter.
