Senior Executive-Legal, 5 to 7 years in Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities
1.Legal Matters _ Our Family Office (FO) team has several ongoing matters in the courts related to rent, BMC, and BPT . The candidate will need to follow up with the concerned lawyer regarding hearing dates, provide reports on completed hearings, and coordinate the arrangement of any required documents/details with the help of other staff members.
2. Field Work The candidate will be required to visit BMC, BPT, RTO, and other government departments as needed and ready to travel.
3. Real Estate Work As the FO owns property that is given on rent, the candidate will be responsible for attending to any matters related to the property.
4. Office Work The candidate will assist with preparing reports on rent collection and issuing bills/receipts.
5.ROC Work The candidate will be responsible for preparing minutes and handling other related ROC tasks.
