Qualification: CS

Job description

Requirements and Exposure:
  • Prepare key IPO-related documents such as the Draft Red Herring Prospectus, Offer Documents, and other necessary filings for SME IPOs, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Work closely with senior team members and appointed intermediaries to verify that all documents meet statutory and legal requirements before submission.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws, guidelines, and regulations (e.g., SEBI\'s Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements and the Companies Act, 2013) to ensure all documentation aligns with current standards and policies.
  • Act as a point of contact for addressing queries, resolving compliance-related concerns, and ensuring effective communication with relevant parties during the IPO process.
  • Ensure that all company statutory records, registers, and corporate files are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with IPO deadlines and legal obligations.
  • Handle key administrative tasks related to IPO record maintenance and support the team in ensuring documentation is appropriately filed and accessible.
  • Regularly communicate changes in relevant notifications, circulars, and other regulatory updates to team members to ensure alignment and awareness.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Strong understanding of IPO processes and familiarity with IPO documentation preparation and filing.
  • knowledge of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, and the Companies Act, 2013.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive problem-solving and compliance monitoring capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior members, intermediaries, and other stakeholders.
