Role & responsibilities
- Must be certified Patent Agent Need Only Apply.
- Patent Research, Patent development, Patent Drafting, Patent Filing, Patent Protection & Patent Portfolio Management
- Must have knowledge of Patent infringement & licensing.
- Able to Review the work done by the Patent Attorneys and interacting with the Patent Office.
- Must have hands on experience on patent Laws.
- Producing and reviewing Patent claim
- Managing Patent portfolios.
- Co-ordinate work from outside counsels / consultants related to Process Patent, Life of Patent.
- General Liaison with Institutional bodies related to IPR.
