Job profile
- Co-ordinating with CRM and Legal Team for preparing the Agreements.
- Representing VTP Realty at the Registration Office and ensuring the Registration of customers is done without any hassle.
- Building Repo at Registration Office, JDRs, and all concerned.
- Ensuring to get all registered documents within the specific TAT.
- Escalating and resolving customer queries and grievances within the specified TAT.
- Support the business team in concluding the business contracts and resolving the legal issues involved, including the stamp duties under different states.
- Drafting of MOUs, confidentiality agreements, etc.
