Job description
1. Drafting,reviewing, vetting and providing inputs to key commerical contracts like supply agreement, technology agreement,, NDAs LOI, MOU , leave license, emergy contracts, environment contracts and other legal documents.
2. Drafting, vetting and revieiwng legal proceeding and end to end litigation management Monitoring and managing Litigations and current trend applicable to business.
3.Assist and enable the Legal Group with swift Turn Around Time (TAT) in Legal research and preparing case for opinions, memoranda and briefing documents based on in-depth judgments and analysis
4. Real time mapping of regulatory footprint applicable to the Company and plugging in Compliance tool to ensure checklist is complete in Timely Manner.
5. Legal updates and newsletters to business
6. Efffective implentation and use of legal tools and support in roll of of Real Estate and Contract Management.
7. Facilitating data migration and integration in digital tools, creating repository and post rolling, analysis and management reporting.
8. Plan and execute compliance audits at company locations, preparing draft report
9.Management PPT\'s and review presentations
10. Coordinating with external counsel and advocates
11.End to End responsibility and accountability for assigned tasks
12. Collaboration and Co-ordinating for inputs from internal stakeholders.
