Job description
The person should have all or any of the following skills:
- Advocates will be responsible for representing clients in legal proceedings, providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, litigations and conducting legal research. They will also assist in developing legal strategies and representing clients in court.
- Be able to advice on various aspects of trademarks and copyrights.
- Knowledge of registration of trademarks internationally (Madrid and convention countries)
Candidate Profile
- Should be staying in Mumbai.
- Sound knowledge of IPR law and good drafting skills. Should be proactive and be able to act fast. Candidate should have good command over written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of Hindi/English And Local Language Must.
