Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education:
- Masters degree in law (LLM).
- A special focus on Labour Laws and RTI preferred.
- Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in legal practice, especially in the areas of RTI, Labour Laws and Case Review.
- Experience in drafting legal documents and presenting cases in court.
- Familiarity with labour-related disputes, employee rights, and the process of court hearings.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail in drafting legal documents.
- Knowledge of Indian RTI Act, Labour Laws, and court procedures.
- Strong problem-solving ability and legal reasoning.
