Job description
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Drafting of various Legal documents such as Agreements, Contracts, Affidavits and Notices.
2. Vetting of various Legal documents and guiding respective departments accordingly.
3. Representing organization at various legal & statutory bodies such as courts, government offices.
4. Involve in all \'Legal matters\' that includes financial recoveries of the organization.
5. Act as \'Compliance Officer\' pertaining to legal matters to avoid legal disputes to the organization and support in resolve existing legal disputes.
6. Supporting the organization in improving practices, documents & processes to the best in legal compliance.
