Job Description

• Document Review and Analysis:
  Utilize eDiscovery platforms to conduct thorough document reviews, identifying responsive documents, privileged materials, and key evidence to inform litigation strategy.
• First-Level Review and Quality Assurance:
  Perform first-level reviews of legal documents to assess relevance and determine privilege, adhering to client protocols, and conducting quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Contract Abstraction:
  Abstract key clauses from international contracts, including Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW), with a focus on contract laws, data protection regulations, and merger/acquisition considerations.
• Data Processing and Management:
  Manage the processing, indexing, and organization of large volumes of electronic data, including tasks such as data deduplication and file format conversion.
• Quality Control:
  Conduct quality control checks on reviewed documents, resolving discrepancies and ensuring compliance with coding and tagging standards.
• Document Production and Disclosure:
  Assist in preparing documents for discovery requests, including drafting privilege logs and redacting sensitive information as necessary.
• Technology Utilization:
  Stay informed about eDiscovery technologies and contribute to the implementation of process improvements and workflow enhancements.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with legal teams to support case strategy and ensure all discovery obligations are met efficiently and effectively.
