Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Conduct onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.

- Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries and resolving employee concerns professionally.

- Support the performance appraisal process, including goal-setting, feedback collection, and performance reviews.
- Assist in identifying employee training and development needs and coordinating training programs.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
