Position : HR Generalist
Qualification: B.M.S
Experience: 4 to 5 years 
Location: Marol, Andheri

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding


    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.

    • Conduct onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.



  2. Employee Relations


    • Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries and resolving employee concerns professionally.

    • Promote a positive work environment, encouraging open communication and conflict resolution.



  3. Performance Management


    • Support the performance appraisal process, including goal-setting, feedback collection, and performance reviews.

    • Assist in identifying employee training and development needs and coordinating training programs.



  4. HR Compliance


    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices.

    • Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation in line with company policies and legal requirements.



  5. Compensation and Benefits


    • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.

    • Address employee questions related to payroll, benefits, and company policies.



  6. HR Reporting and Analytics


    • Prepare HR reports, track key metrics, and provide insights to support decision-making.

    • Manage employee attendance, leave records, and other HR documentation as required.



Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 4 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.

  • Solid understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
