Job Description
Position: Head – Institutional Equity Sales
Qualification: CA,CFA,MBA
Experience: 15 to 20 years
Location: Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute the institutional equity sales strategy, aligning with company growth objectives and revenue targets.
2. Build and maintain relationships with top-tier institutional investors, including FIIs, DIIs, asset managers, pension funds, hedge funds, and sovereign wealth funds.
3. Lead and mentor the institutional equity sales team, fostering a high- performance sales culture.
4. Collaborate with research and trading teams to provide customized market insights and trading strategies to institutional clients.
5. Drive revenue growth through new institutional client acquisition and increasing the wallet share of existing clients.
6. Develop and implement market intelligence initiatives, ensuring clients receive timely research insights, market trends, and investment opportunities.
7. Ensure regulatory compliance in all institutional sales activities, adhering to SEBI and other relevant financial regulations.
8. Represent the company at industry conferences, investor roadshows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and businessopportunities.

1. Revenue growth from institutional equity sales.
2. Client satisfaction and retention rate within institutional equity business.
3. Expansion of institutional client base and depth of relationships.
4. Performance of the institutional equity sales team in achieving targets.
