Job Description

Position: Front Desk & Admin Staff (Female)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Location: Mumbai (Worli)


Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception Management: Handle incoming calls and manage the telephone systems.
  • Visitor Coordination: Maintain the Visitors Register and manage guest interactions.
  • Courier and Office Supplies: Manage courier services, stationery inventory, and office supplies.
  • Vendor Relations: Oversee vendor management for various office services.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book air/rail tickets and hotel accommodations for staff as needed.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing in-house office events and meetings.
  • Basic Administration: Perform general office administration tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Education: Any Graduate, Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Appearance: Presentable and professional demeanor.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years in a similar role.
  • Personal Traits: Energetic, organized, and proactive.
