Financial Planning & Analysis, 2 to 5 years in Noida

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically driven individual for the role of Assistant Manager Business Finance within our B2B division. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving financial planning, analysis, and business partnering activities to support the divisions strategic goals. This position requires 1-2 years of relevant experience in business finance or FP&A, coupled with strong financial acumen and excellent interpersonal skills.

1. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reports.

2. Monitor financial performance against the budget and forecast, conducting variance analysis and delivering actionable insights to support business decisions.

3. Provide detailed financial analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and other business metrics to inform strategic planning.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and delivery, to provide financial insights that drive profitability and cost efficiency.

5. Perform detailed cost and margin analysis across services, identifying areas for cost optimization and margin improvement.

6. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance operational efficiency.

1. Professional certifications (CA, CFA, MBA Finance).

2. 1-2 years of experience in business finance/ FP&A roles or candidates having working exposure with Big 4 firms are preferred.

3. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
