Finance Manager, 8 to 12 years in Mumbai

- Thorough knowlede of prevailing FTP ( Foreign Trade Policy). Having good knowledge and experience of all duty saving scheme operated by the Jt.DGFT.
- Working knowledge of applying MEIS , Advance License, EPCG license and other duty saving scheme declared under FTP.
- Maintaining Export tracker for MEIS, Drawback, Advance License, EPCG License and e-BRC issuance / pending status.
- Planning, Procurement, amendment , Utilization for import, monitoring of fulfillment of export obligation & average export performance, redemption and cancellation of LUT/BG related to EPCG & Advance License.
- Working knowledge of Pre
-Shipment and post
-shipment export documents, Incoterms, custom and GST procedure related to export/import.
- Indepth knowledge of various DGFT notification, Trade Notice, Public notice, Circular and change in policies.
- Working knowledge of Compliance under AEO & other PTA (Preferential Trade agreement) & FTA.(Free Trade agreement).
- Knowledge to reply for SCN of custom/DGFT/ Ministry of finance and other regulatory authorities.
- Expertise in handling the Trade Compliance & manage origin to end cycle related to export incentive claiming operations.
- Effective liaison with various external agencies involved in the process which include custom, DGFT and other related government auhorities.
