Finance Analyst, 7 to 12 years in Mumbai

Job Description

• To support the Director in his mission, in particular Financial Performance of SBS Mumbai center, business partnering & performance management for global entities including preparation of Budget and AOP, monthly reporting, forecast, landing, and allow the SBS Center Director to dedicate his time to increased support to stakeholders, dimensions, and process simplification & efficiency.
• To ensure timely & accurate monthly, quarterly and year end closing reporting according to Region and Group policies
• To spearhead transformation of all FP&A reports from excel to PowerBI
• To Ensure timely reporting of all Financial KPIs
• To ensure timely and effective rolling forecast to highlight risk and opportunities.
• To lead cross-charging of resources and invoice management with segmentation of overheads and mark-ups.
• To provide data and interpretation of centers administrative budget to the Center Director to manage the costs better.
• To support standardization of Service Operation reporting and back-up for Sonar
• To work closely with various cross functional teams and Domain Leads to identify opportunities for cost reduction and improving efficiency.
• To handle specific tasks or projects for the APMEA and GBS

• Providing reliable and on-time performance & Forecast insight
• Ensure Group guidelines and instructions on various processes are cascaded to Countries and complied.
• Address queries from Sodexo Finance community and FP&A on monthly closing process
• Provide pertinent analysis; Provide enhanced visibility of Performance to various stakeholders

• Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance( Experienced Graduate With Accountancy preferably)
• 5-9 years of finance related work experience, including experience in controlling or Financial Analysis, preferably global exposure
• Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Excel, Power BI,Smartsheets, etc.
• Rigorous and reliable in your work, ability to respect deadlines and handle confidential information
• Ability to quickly adapt with complex issue in fast changing environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deals with Finance Counterparts in Group and Countries.
• Fluency in English required, any other language is an advantage.
