• Good understanding of SEBI/ Exchange regulatory guidelines for stock broking/ securities market.
• Should have thorough understanding of Code of Advertisement for stockbrokers
• Should have handled approval for marketing campaign, compliance approval for various digital campaign etc.
• Review of new proposals from stakeholders for compliance review/ approval management.

• Should be LLB
• Experience of working with stock broking entity/ stock exchanges and should be capable of independent liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
