Job Title: Company Secretary (Partner for Mehta & Mehta)
Qualification : Company secretary
Experience: 5 to 7 years worked in PCS firm
Location : Mumbai(Worli)
Job Description:
This PCS firm is one of the largest corporate, legal and secretarial service providers having branches all over India. We cater to various Companies as our retainer client as well as provide professional services. We are Planing to Expend our Team for a Worli branch
Responsibilities:
- Should have strong Knowledge of companies act.
- Conducting and Arranging Board Meetings, General Meetings
- Drafting of Resolutions, Circular Resolutions, Notices, Agendas, Notes to Agendas, Minutes etc.
- Maintenance of all Statutory records and registers under Companies Act, 2013
- Preparation of documents related to Annual filing such as director’s report, and ROC Filing
- Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with financial and legal requirements.
- Maintain high standards of corporate governance within the organization.
- Advise directors and members of the senior leadership team on corporate governance matters.
- Should be well versed with SEBI LODR regulations and Secretarial compliance of Private Ltd and Listed Companies
- Implement processes or systems to promote good management practices or ensure compliance with legislation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively through verbal and written channels.
Requirements:
- A qualified Company Secretary with 5 - 7 yrs of experience in a Practicing CS Firm / keen to Partner with a PCS firm
- Practical Knowledge of Corporate Secretarial, legal requirements and corporate governance of Pvt Ltd / Listed Companies/ Public Unlisted Companies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
