Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Day to day Company secretary job of the company.
  • Making minutes of board of directors meeting.
  • Registration of companies as per company Act.
  • Statutory compliances as per companies Act.
  • To Assist Group Company Secretary in Conducting and organizing AGM\'s.
  • Preparation of board resolutions.
  • Coordination and implementation of SEBI guidelines.
  • Misc., jobs of Secretarial department from time to time.


Preferred candidate profile


  • Qualified CS
  • With 0 to 3 years corporate experience in Secretarial dept.
