Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organizations goals and growth.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Identify key performance metrics to drive business success and track financial performance against goals.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, areas for improvement, and investment opportunities.
- Present financial information and insights to the board, executive team, and stakeholders.
- Risk Management and Compliance
- Manage risk by identifying financial, legal, and operational risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and internal policies.
- Oversee audits, tax compliance, and other regulatory filings.
- Capital Management
- Oversee capital structure, including debt management, cash flow, and liquidity planning.
- Assess and manage investment opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
- Establish strong relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.
- Operational Efficiency
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices in finance operations.
- Oversee the management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Implement technology solutions and automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership and Development
