Chartered Accountant, 1 to 2 years in Bangalore

Job Description

• Manage the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation.
• End-to-end responsibility of maintaining the books of accounts of specific entities under Shriram Group, applying the right framework and accounting principles and standards (Ind AS) as prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013.
• General Ledger entries and reconciliation.
• Quarterly preparation of financial statements and results for submission to stock exchanges.
• Participate in the ongoing development/ establishment of accounting policies, procedures and SOPs including the review and implementation of process and system changes.

• Strong Ind AS skills and statutory audit skills required
• Basic knowledge about GST and income tax act.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to Multi-task and work under pressure
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
