Get New broker on board and ensure the migration goes smoothly New Business Tie-ups for Research and Advice Distribution
Scale up the Distribution Business for Wealth Products covering
PMS & Alternates
Launch the Digital business channel – digital business to contribute 30-40% towards the business

 Product Strategy & Operations

Create end to end business plan - product wise/team wise/activity wise
Allocation of resources between different business channel - Direct / online / B2B
Product Improvisation to tap the market
Create Complete Product package - Product USPs /Services/Price

 Digital Platform & Business

To design the customer journey for digital clients - pre login and post login
To create digital campaigns to attract online traffic and generate Business leads
To implement EAR platform - Integration of Research | Advice | Execution
To create a tele-calling team to assist the Digital journey of Online Leads

 Team Building
To build the Sales & servicing team across regions.
To create teams for new revenue streams i.e. PMS Distribution and Digital Business
Team Mentoring and Team Trainings
To scale up the Services team to cater to Business Expansion plans

 Management Reporting

To create Target Vs. achievement Dashboards for daily

 Management updates
To create Monthly presentations for Business review
Qualification UG: Any Graduate PG: MBA/PGDM – Marketing & Sales
Work Experience Minimum: 10 Years Maximum: 16 Years in Capital Markets
