Banking Operations and Treasury, 4 to 9 years in Mumbai

Job Description

• Preparing Bank reconciliation on a daily basis.
• liaison with bankers for Financial Transactions 
• Preparation of Letter of Credit 
• Handling reports of LC payment, Bank interest EMI, and preparing related documentation of fund allocation as per requirement
• Foreign Bill booking and payments
• Preparing Remittance and bills for Import related materials and services, and inward and outward Forex transactions 
• Bill verification of Contractor, Suppliers Vendors & Expenses 
• Ensure the payments- are released on a weekly basis and maintain MIS reports.
• Ensuring, the taxes, VAT are correctly charged on the bills 
• Checking and processing Inter Company Documentation
• Preparing  and booking of different Vouchers of payment
• Handling the verification and booking of vendor invoices in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Releasing of vendor payments through SAP, maintaining precise records and adhering to payment schedule
• Preparing the Bank Guarantee for all the banks
• Tracking of bank accounts for daily fund transfer as per new RERA Act.Role & responsibilities

• SAP/MS Office
• 3+ Years experience in Treasury Functions
