Job description
1.1 Financial Reporting as per Ind AS (to be well versed with IND AS) -
Timely closing of monthly books of accounts accurately with highest quality and all activities completed within prescribed time, preparation of quarter end, year-end financial statements & stock exchange reporting in coordination with the CS team Co-ordination with Accounts and cross functional departments in the Plant for carrying out Inventory /Stock valuation in line with IND AS on monthly/quarterly basis.
Report to the CFO with timely and accurate financial information
1.2 Audit & Internal Controls:
- Preparation of audit schedules
- Liaise with Internal & Statutory auditors and ensuring timely completion of
- Limited Review -quarter end; Year-end Statutory, Internal audits & Tax Audits;
- Assist process teams in automating processes, developing & evaluating internal control systems with a view to highlight shortcomings and implementing recommendations made by Internal Auditors. (to be Well versed in SAP)
2. Management Information System (MIS)
- Preparation of Quarterly Board Presentation on timely basis with all the data analysis and explanations (to be well versed in Power point presentations)
- Development & Implementation of reports on Budget vs Actual Performance
- Variance Analysis - Budget Vs Actuals;
- Monitoring & Controlling Product Margin & Business Performance in line with Budget
3. Cost Audit & Product Costing-Controlling Module in SAP:
- Managing the Cost audit and controlling in SAP
- Complete the cost audit workings and liaise with the cost auditor for the cost auditreport.
- Responsible for Product costing, standard cost updates in SAP, analysis of cost variance and preparation of cost reports
- Analyzing reports and tools that identify cost exceptions and working with cross- function teams to predict and improve the cost of production
