YOUR ROLE SPECIFICATIONS
Purpose of the job:
Dynamic and results-driven professional with extensive expertise in non-litigation & litigation management. Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate complex legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes. Adept at synthesizing intricate legal issues, drafting precise legal documents, and providing strategic counsel to senior management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and Commitment to ethical standards and professional integrity.
Qualification:
Litigation Management: Orchestrating litigation processes from inception through resolution. Experienced in handling civil, criminal, Arbitration, Trade-Mark, Insecticide matters etc.
Legal Drafting/ Drafting Expertise: Crafting clear and compelling legal documents, including contracts, agreements, opinions, and policies. Proficient in drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to legal standards.
Strategic Analysis: Assessing legal risks, developing litigation strategies, and advising stakeholders on potential outcomes and mitigation measures.
Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring legal teams to optimize performance and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Negotiation and Advocacy: Skilled negotiator and persuasive advocate with a track record of successfully resolving disputes and achieving settlements in favour of Company or the organization.
Compliance and Risk Management: Implementing compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Litigation Strategy Development: Formulating litigation strategies tailored to achieve client objectives while minimizing legal risks.
Case Management: Overseeing multiple litigation cases simultaneously, including managing budgets, timelines, and external counsel.
Legal Research: Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies and legal opinions.
Experience:
Professional Profile: Asst. Manager – Drafting
Qualification: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)
Experience: 8 to 10 years in Corporate Sector. Familiarity with case management software and document management systems.
