#### Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager for our Limit Team within the Fintech sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong team management skills, advanced proficiency in Excel, and a solid background in financial technology. This role requires an individual who can effectively oversee daily operations, drive process improvements, and ensure the team meets its targets.
#### Key Responsibilities:
- **Team Management**:
- Supervise and lead a team of limit analysts, ensuring high performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement training and development programs.
- Foster a positive team environment and facilitate effective communication among team members.
- Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to meet team objectives.
- **Operational Oversight**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the limit team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of credit limits.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational procedures and policies to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain complex Excel models to track team performance and key metrics.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to streamline operations.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize team workflows.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented changes and adjust strategies as needed.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:
- Work closely with other departments, such as Risk Management, Compliance, and IT, to ensure seamless operations.
- Act as a liaison between the limit team and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the development of company-wide initiatives.
#### Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a fintech environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong team management and leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of credit risk management and regulatory
