AM / DM – LEGAL (CONTRACTS & AGREEMENTS), 3 to 6 years in Hyderabad

Job Description

• Drafting, vetting, redlining of the Agreements such as MSAs, CDAs,
• Master Supply Agreements, Clinical Supply Agreements Consultancy Agreements, BGV Agreements, SAAS Agreements.
• Assist in vetting, negotiating, and closing all funding contracts, such as term loans, cash credit, NCDs, etc. including final sign-off before execution,
•  vetting, negotiating, and closing all vendor contracts, service level agreements etc.
•  Assist in preparation, negotiating and closing Tri-Partite Agreement with Builders,
•  Assist in preparation of standard contractual documents for the organization such as Vendor Agreement, NDAs etc.
•  Assist in preparation and review of various customer documents such as loan agreement, sanction letter conditions, etc.
•  Conduct research on various topics on need basis,

• Drafting and redlining- and negotiation of SOW, 
• Work Orders, 
• Procurement Agreements, 
• Vendor Agreements, 
• FTE & FFS Agreements, 
• Material Transfer Agreement,
